Most of us clean the parts we can see. The oven interior, the top of the door frames, the inside of the cabinets, the grout line where the tile meets the tub — those wait for a day that never quite arrives. That's the day we show up for. We work from a checklist built around your home, room by room, and we don't call it done until you've walked it with us.

Good to Know

We bring all supplies and equipment. You don't need to be home — plenty of clients leave access instructions and come back to a finished house.

Office Cleaning

Workspaces, meeting rooms, kitchens, and washrooms — handled outside your hours.

A well-cleaned office is invisible. Nobody remarks on it. What people notice is the opposite. Our job is to keep your office in the first category. We work to a written scope agreed with you and handle it when the space is empty, so nobody's working around a vacuum.

• Workstations — desk surfaces cleaned around personal items, screens dusted, chairs, phones and keyboards sanitized
• Meeting rooms — tables, chairs, glass partitions, whiteboards, AV surfaces, reset to ready

We clean around personal items and never move papers or files. Access arrangements get documented before the first visit.

Car Dealership Cleaning

Showroom, glass, service bays, and customer areas — cleaned overnight or before opening.

Nobody spends what a vehicle costs in a space that looks neglected. Dealerships are a specific cleaning problem: enormous glass that shows every mark, polished floors that haze with the wrong treatment, and service bays with grease ordinary products won't lift. We clean to that reality, on a schedule that never touches your selling hours.

• Showroom floor — cleaning and polishing appropriate to the surface, display and signage dusting

Good to Know

Our crews never move, enter, or handle inventory — we clean around it. We work overnight, before opening, and on weekends.

Residential Moving

Houses, condos, and apartments — with as much or as little packing as you want.

The best moving day is the one nothing happens on. The truck arrives when it said it would, the crew knows what they're doing, the furniture comes apart and goes back together, and by evening you're wondering what you were worried about. That comes down to preparation.

What's Included

• Free estimate before you commit
• Furniture disassembly and reassembly
• Blanket wrapping and shrink wrap on all furniture
• Floor runners and door frame protection at both addresses
• Loading, transport, unloading, and placement by room
• Basic debris removal and final walkthrough

Good to Know

We can't move hazardous materials. Plants and pets are best moved by you.

Commercial Moving

Retail, warehouse, and industrial relocations, sequenced so you're trading again fast.

A commercial move isn't a bigger version of a house move. The furniture is heavier, the equipment is more sensitive, and the clock is expensive. So we plan first. We walk both sites, map what's moving and in what order, and build a schedule around your quietest window.

How It Runs

• Site walkthrough at both ends
• Written move plan — what goes first, what goes last, what has to work on day one
• Scheduled execution — closed hours, overnight, or over a weekend
• Setup and sign-off — everything placed to the floor plan

Good to Know

We move and reposition equipment. Disconnection of servers and specialized machinery is normally handled by your own technicians. Four to six weeks' notice is ideal.

Office Moving

Desks, workstations, IT, and files — moved over a weekend so Monday works.

The measure of an office move is simple: can people work on Monday morning? That's what we plan for. Every workstation is labelled to its position on the new floor plan, IT moves in coordination with whoever's reconnecting it, and personal items stay with their owner.

How the Weekend Runs

• 2-4 weeks out: Walkthrough, floor plan review, labelling system
• 1 week out: Crates delivered with packing instructions
• Friday evening: Disassembly, labelling, loading
• Saturday: Placement to floor plan, workstations reassembled
• Sunday: Walkthrough, snags fixed, debris removed

Good to Know

Larger offices can move in phases across consecutive weekends. Crates are supplied, delivered ahead, collected after, and included in the quote.
